Junior Golf Travel League Tryouts - Fall 2022

Spring Tryouts on Sept. 9th on 4:30 - 6:00 PM OR Sept 10th from 1-2:30pm OR 2:30 - 4pm Dunwoodie Golf Course $40.

* Match dates are TBD - Each golfer will participate in a total of 4 matches in seven-week window. 

* Golfers need only tryout on either Sept. 9 or 10 , not both days. 

* No players will be allowed to tryout who did not pre-register online.

* Once the seasons begins in mid-September, we offer three practice options the week your child has a a match - one weekday and two on Saturday - so you can pick the option that best fits your schedule

No junior golfer is turned away.  There will again be at least two age divisions and possibly three. Junior golfers that attend a tryout will be evaluated at three stations - full swing, chipping and putting. Tryouts will determine each golfer's ranking within their respective age division. The rankings will assist the coaches in creating equal teams.

Tryouts will take place on Sept. 9th or 10th at Dunwoodie. All golfers should meet at the putting green at Dunwoodie.

All golfers who try out do not have to join the team; it is up to each family to decide whether to join the team or not.

There will be 4 matches and a minimum of 4 practices for each golfer. All participants will receive a team-specific shirt. Trophies will be awarded at the end of the season.
